TERMS OF SERVICE

Emerson Digital Group LLC (“EDG”) provides managed digital infrastructure services, including website systems, email infrastructure, automation, branding systems, content systems, and related digital operations.

All services are provided through a managed onboarding and service model. EDG does not provide one-off freelance services.

2. Access & Onboarding

Access to EDG services is provided by request and subject to availability, review, and acceptance.

EDG reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue services at its discretion to maintain service quality and operational standards.

3. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Website & hosting management
• Domain & DNS management
• Business email systems
• Automation & forms
• QR systems
• Branding standards
• Content systems
• SEO foundations
• Internal digital tools

Specific service scope is defined per client through written agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Maintaining timely payments
• Proper use of systems provided
• Maintaining access credentials securely
• Compliance with applicable laws

EDG is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate client information or misuse of systems.

5. Billing & Payments

Services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, structures, and frameworks developed by EDG remain the intellectual property of Emerson Digital Group LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client-specific content remains the property of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

EDG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to digital systems, platform outages, third-party services, or internet disruptions.

8. Termination

EDG may suspend or terminate services at any time to protect system stability, compliance, or service quality.

9. Modifications

EDG reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
